ESL Volunteers

We are currently looking for individuals who might be interested in serving in M1BC's ESL Ministry. You do not need to speak a foreign language or be a professional teacher to be a volunteer ESL Teacher. All you need to do is speak English and love Jesus—we’ll teach you the rest.

God has brought the World to our Doorstep! Like every city and town in the United States, our community is experiencing an influx of people from all around the world. Many of these folks arrive unable to speak or read basic English leading to confusion, embarrassment, and isolation.

Through ESL (English as a Second Language) ministries, the Church can now obey two of Jesus’ great commands in one ministry. We can literally reach the nations (Matthew 28:19-20) by loving our neighbor (Luke 10:27).

If you would like to volunteer with the ESL ministry or you have specific questions please complete the form below and we will get back to you shortly.
