Parable of the Builders

Pastor Adam's sermon discussed the importance of building a spiritual life on a solid foundation through the parable of the wise and foolish builders. He emphasized that good works alone can't earn entry into God's kingdom, but we must instead build our lives on Jesus' teaching and have a heart devoted to Him. We were urged to not just listen to Scripture but to act on it and warned against the temptation of building our lives on the unstable "sand" of worldly promises, which will inevitably crumble. Pastor Adam ended with a call to respond to Jesus' authority by building our lives on Him as our firm foundation.
